  • Order and project information: product choices, quantities, artwork, logos and other files you upload or send, proofs and approvals, and notes about your event or project.
  • Business contact details and shipping addresses: billing and delivery names, addresses and phone numbers needed to quote, invoice and ship an order.

  • Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, proofs and digital catalogs.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Please do not send us sensitive information such as government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, bank account numbers or health information through our forms or by email. We do not need it to quote or fulfill your order.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors and invoicing providers. We do not store full card numbers on this website. We rely on other service providers to operate our business, and they receive only the information they need to do their job. These include our website host, a form service that delivers the messages you submit through our forms to our email, our email provider, and shipping carriers and production partners such as decorators, embroiderers, engravers and suppliers who help fulfill your order. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads and your IP address may be shared with them. If we add analytics, advertising or email marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy.
